Three o'clock in the morning and do you know where your children are? Some could be found at the park accross from Ray's on College Ave, Wednesday July 21st, at 3:00 A.M. What does the curfew really mean? As Mr. Gary Bitler mentioned at the last council meeting, "WHY MAKE LAWS IF YOU CANNOT CARRY THEM OUT"?

Hope that everyone remembered their country on the Fourth of July and celebrated in a patriotic manner.
The Neighbor-hood Community Watch Meeting scheduled by Chief Fisher was held at the Factoryville Fire Hall on Thursday, July 1, with eight people from the Borough. Chief Fisher did not attend. Mayor Gary Evans led the discussions which included vandalism, lack of enforcement of curfew and smoking on school grounds. It was also mentioned that everyone should be aware of people selling goods from the back of their trucks. It appears that this activity may be a scam.
