About Us

The Factoryville Shade Tree Commission is an all volunteer group of Factoryville citizens that are involved with the care and expansion of the urban forest of our community. We are always looking for more volunteers.  If you can help with our efforts in any way, please join us.

It is with great sadness that we learn of the passing of Mr. Ed Saar. Ed volunteered for the Shade Tree Commission for years, he would gladly dig holes, deliver mulch, help with park work, it is because of great volunteers like this we have beautiful trees and parks. We will miss you Mr. Saar!

The Christy Mathewson Little League

These dedicated volunteers have been the heart of the transformation of our town and park.
